My favorite rug in our house is from Anthropologie. It’s a beautiful 100% wool crewelwork rug that brightens up my family room, but my 5-year old rug had aged dramatically after the past 2 years with twin babies. Angela explained that the educational processes that their staff received (who knew such existed?) coupled with the state-of-the art equipment they use, is what puts them on an entirely different level from other cleaning and restoration companies.
On the scheduled day of pick-up, a friendly older man (Ray’s DAD, Tony) and a younger guy arrived at my house – they answered some of my questions, moved my furniture, and took my rug away. Tony even talked me out of buying a new rug pad which I thought I needed. After 2 weeks, Angela called me to schedule a delivery. The rug looked like new, potentially better than when I bought it. All of the tough stains were removed and the rug now lays flat! It had been bunching for years. I truly wanted to hug Tony.
On their way out, I was given a brown gift bag – inside was a spot cleaner and rag, hand-written thank you note, and Raytone cell phone holder. They had no idea that I wrote for a local website, it was simply the way they do business – honestly and with true expertise.
